Qualom is a non-commercial educational website. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible and do not sell personal data or use it for advertising or marketing.

2. Personal data we process

Messages sent through the contact form or by email

If you contact us through the form or at the published email address, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and any information you choose to include, solely to deal with your request.

Audience measurement

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect pseudonymous technical and usage data: cookie identifiers, browser and device information, pages visited, approximate geographic area and interactions. GA4 does not store IP addresses.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Replying to messages: your consent, expressed by voluntarily contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Aggregate audience measurement: your consent to analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable cookie rules).
Website security and operation: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to what is strictly necessary.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by providers that supply hosting and email services, acting on our behalf where applicable, and by Google for Analytics when you consent. We do not sell or disclose data for advertising purposes. Google may process Analytics data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards and transfer mechanisms that it makes available under applicable law. 5. Retention periods

Email messages: for the time needed to answer the request and, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise, no longer than 12 months after the last contact.
GA4 user- and event-level data: 2 months. Standard aggregate reports may be retained by Google under its service configuration; Qualom does not use them to identify individuals.
Cookie choices: for the period configured in the consent tool, and no longer than necessary.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction or objection to processing, and portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@qualom.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Children

The site is not specifically aimed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 14, please ask your parent or legal guardian before sending us an email.

8. Automated decisions and changes

We do not make automated decisions or profiles that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this policy if our processing changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
